Registered Provisional Psychologist
I am a compassionate, creative, and caring therapist and my goal is to support my clients on their journeys of growth and healing through relationships built on respect, trust, acceptance, and curiosity.
I am a Provisionally Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta. I have a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet the needs and goals of each client. I am here to collaborate with my clients so that they can develop healthy relationships and connections with others, explore and express their feelings, build life skills, and engage in problem-solving, self-exploration, and processing their experiences.
I have completed training in play therapy, narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience delivering therapy to both individuals and groups. Some of my areas of experience include depression, anixety, trauma, self-esteem, communication and boundaries, emotional regulation, attachment, grief and loss, and identity.
Outside of my training and work as a therapist, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English, and I have worked with Children’s Services and in group home and non-profit community organizations supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.
