I aspire to support each person to find the hope and solutions to empower their lives. I have a Master’s of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from City University. I have been working in the field of Addictions and Mental Health for the past decade with children, teens, and adults. I was also previously employed in the non-profit sector working with families and youth.
I am a member in good standing with both The College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and The Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA); I have been a Registered Psychologist since 2013.
My therapeutic approach is based on the belief that each person is the expert of their own experience and life. In creating an environment based on trust, honesty, and safety, the client is able to identify their own strengths, resilience, and solutions to their concerns. I am a companion on their journey to growth, healing, and provides gentle and respectful guidance when needed. I have a commitment to ongoing professional and personal development and regularly attends workshops, conferences, and seminars.
