What Is It?

The goal of individual counselling (“talk therapy”) is to help the client(s) identify, clarify, and become proactive regarding the problems they are facing. Individual Therapy helps the individual, couple, or family focus on possibilities and empowers them to recognize the choices and resources they have at their disposal.
