Registered Provisional Psychologist
For as long as I can remember, I wanted a career that helped others. I began my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Ottawa, and continued on to complete my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. I am a registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (#16001), and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (#10004092). I’ve also pursued additional couples therapy training in Gottman Levels 1 and 2, to help better serve couples working towards a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. I love the work that I do. I have the privilege of working with couples of diverse backgrounds, age ranges, and experiencing a wide array of struggles. We can work together on rebuilding your marriage, learning new skills, and healing from past hurts. I am also a Certified Prepare-Enrich Canada Facilitator, and enjoy working with couples preparing for marriage.
I also work with individual adults, on a variety of presenting concerns. I believe you are your own best expert, and I’ll tailor my approach to meet your needs and goals. I work from a variety of approaches, including Satir Family Systems, Gottman, and attachment-based theory. I am currently accepting new adult clients for individual and couples therapy.
